Rezoning of Property: $300.00
Conditional or Interim Use Permit: $500.00
Preliminary Platting: $300.00 + $30.00 per lot
Final Platting: $300.00
Code Enforcement Negotiation: $200.00

Initial consultation is at no charge.

The above fees cover the following:

1. Filling out the application form (you will need to sign the form and pay the application fee).
2. All consultations with government staff and officials.
3. Detailed research and analysis of your request, including how the city/county/townhsip has treated similar requests in the past.
4. A staff report for inclusion in the record of all government proceedings.
5. Presentation of your request at all government proceedings.

If the local government denies your request and you desire to appeal to decision, ZIA Planning Systems will assist in finding an attorney and turning over your file for adjudication. ZIA will also be available to testify on your behalf.
