Many smaller cities and counties desire the expertise of a professional development review planner, but can't afford the expensive rates most professionals charge for this critical service.

For most small cities and counties, ZIA charges $105.00 per application for variance, use permit, simple lot split, or rezoning request. This fee covers all site visits and meetings with the applicant; writing of the staff report; and attendance at 1 public hearing. Additional meetings are charged at $35.00 per meeting.

Subdivision review, due to the increased complexity in most cases, is charged at $105.00 + $35.00 per lot per application.
